Places are shaped by the people who inhabit them. At Dhun, what matters now are the people who will shape its character, intelligence, and direction.
We’re drawn to people who want to build or rebuild their lives in pursuit of what they truly care about. People who want to learn, make, and grow. Who aspire to create beauty, for themselves and for the world. Who listen more than they speak, can have a civilised debate even when they disagree, and remain conscious that how they live, leaves a trace.
People who seek both individuality and connection, love and freedom. We imagine Dhun as a place of expansion for those humble enough and curious enough, to let life unfold.
Dhun will become what it is through the people who make it their own. If this way of thinking feels familiar, you might belong here.

BUILD YOUR MICRO-COMMUNITY
At Dhun, micro-communities are shaped by the people living in them. Create your own intimate cluster of 5–10 homes with close friends from college, family, colleagues, or those who love and inspire you, all while maintaining personal privacy. Here, you can build the community you've always wanted to be part of.

DESIGN YOUR HOME
At Dhun, nothing is pre-built. You work directly with our design team to create a home that responds to your needs and the person you are becoming. Each house sits within the bioreserve, clustering naturally around community spaces with open views to greenery and close proximity to waterbodies. Your home enables you to live the life you aspire to live.
START YOUR ENTERPRISE
Working at Dhun means building something you care about, alongside others doing the same. Designers, craftspeople, technologists, dancers all live and work here, sharing studios, workshops, and everyday life. You have the infrastructure to start, the community to collaborate with, and a setting where your enterprise grows in harmony with the town itself.

Over 70 percent of Dhun is preserved as a bioreserve of forests, grasslands, orchards, and groves. Water systems of ponds, swales, and revived wells support soil, wildlife, and seasonal change, with trails allowing people to move through the landscape.

DHUN SCHOOL & MAKERSPACE
An experiential K–12 learning environment built around self-direction and collective wisdom. Through project-based learning across Self, Community, and Planet, students develop real-world understanding.

FARMS & DAIRY
Dhun Farms regenerate soil through permaculture, organic practices, and precision techniques. Local grains, pulses, and seasonal vegetables are grown alongside native cattle and poultry, which support soil health through grazing and natural fertilisation.

STABLES
Stables house a collection of local Marwari and Sindhi purebred horses. Residents and visitors can ride and train here, spending time understanding each horse's behaviour, temperament, and routines.

HAVELI
The Haveli serves as Dhun's gathering heart. A place for working, gathering, learning, and decision-making, it holds co-working spaces, galleries, gardens, and pool. Community life, exchange, and collaboration unfold here.

TENTED CAMP
The tented camp provides temporary accommodation for guests spending time at Dhun. The structures sit within the bioreserve, offering comfort and privacy while keeping you closely connected to the land.
